  1. Firstly, choose the “File” tab.
  2. After that, from the backstage, choose and click on the “View” tab.
  3. Now, the Outlook dialogue box will appear on your screen and displaying you several options.
  4. Next, choose and tap the “Ease of Access” category located on the left side of the screen.
  5. In the Ease of Access” category, search for “Applications Display Options” options located under its heading.
