- Launch a Command Prompt in the right directory

The position of this folder can be varied so you can find the platform-tools in the hard drive of your system. When you have got this folder, you have to copy the path of its position. In the case of Windows, you can easily do this by pressing the address bar placed at the top of Windows Explorer then copy its position.
You have to launch the command prompt now by clicking Windows key and insert “cmd” and then tap enter. After the launching of Terminal window (Command Prompt), insert “cd” then type space. Now you can paste the copied path location here in the location of the platform-tools folder.
